General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the t8999 platform, accessible at t8999.org and any associated mobile interface or application. The Terms govern all interactions between the user and t8999, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, customer support interactions, and use of any tools or features provided by the platform.

t8999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the t8999 platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of t8999 that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against t8999.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of t8999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

t8999 is an adults-only platform. To register an account and participate in any game or betting activity on t8999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. t8999 strictly enforces the 18+ requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Residency: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by local law at the time of each gaming session.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons under guardianship or lacking legal capacity are not permitted to register.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order with t8999 or any associated gaming platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended t8999 account. Each individual may hold exactly one account.

t8999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time, without providing a reason for the request. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by t8999 will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed if verification is not completed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services available on t8999, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly if any of your details change.

By submitting your registration, you warrant and represent that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

• Username and password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t8999 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. t8999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• Account security: You must notify t8999 customer support immediately if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• Account ownership: Your t8999 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account, whether for payment or otherwise.
• Verification: t8999 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. Accounts that do not complete KYC when requested may have withdrawals withheld pending verification.

t8999 operates a one-account-per-player policy. If it is discovered that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same identity or under different identities — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances in all duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. The player may, at t8999's discretion, be permitted to retain one account with their original registration details, but this is not guaranteed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

t8999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local and mobile payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and in the cashier section at the time of each transaction.

• Withdrawal eligibility: To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), your account must be in good standing with no active fraud investigations, and any wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Currency: All transactions on t8999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). t8999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Declined transactions: t8999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

t8999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods. The specific terms applicable to each bonus are published on the relevant promotion page and within your account's bonus section at the time the bonus is awarded.

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses awarded by t8999 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per game round is ৳500 (or the equivalent staking limit stated in the specific bonus terms). Placing bets above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game eligibility: Not all games on t8999 contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. Live casino games, virtual sports, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward clearing a bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time, unless t8999 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of award, within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without replacement.
• Bonus abuse: t8999 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash without genuine play. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided and may be permanently restricted from receiving future promotional offers.

t8999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its advertised end date, t8999's liability is limited to the bonus funds that have already been legitimately credited to player accounts prior to the withdrawal of the promotion.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the t8999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. t8999 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds — in response to any of the following:

• Providing false information: Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or in any communication with t8999.
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access t8999 if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one t8999 account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent restrictions or maximise bonus entitlements.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials to fund your t8999 account. Initiating chargebacks on legitimate deposits is also considered fraudulent conduct.
• Collusion and cheating: Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, using automated betting software (bots), or engaging in any other form of cheating or match-fixing in connection with t8999's games or betting markets.
• Money laundering: Using t8999 for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity or for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Abusive conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward t8999 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account suspension, or access restriction placed on your account by t8999 or by yourself through t8999's responsible gaming tools.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Using any content, data, odds, or other material from the t8999 platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of t8999.

t8999 may take such action as it considers appropriate in response to a breach of these obligations, including but not limited to: issuing a formal warning; suspending access to some or all platform features; permanently closing the account; withholding or forfeiting any balance, winnings, or bonus funds; and, where required by law, reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

t8999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, chargebacks, collusion, and persistent bonus abuse. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, t8999 will aim to resolve the matter and communicate an outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also choose to close their own t8999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing an account voluntarily, players should withdraw any available balance. Where an account is closed voluntarily with a remaining balance, t8999 will process a refund of the real-money balance to the original payment source used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements being satisfied.

• Self-exclusion closure: If a player requests account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the account will be permanently closed and the player will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the self-exclusion period. t8999 treats self-exclusion requests as irrevocable for their stated duration.
• Involuntary closure: Where an account is closed by t8999 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account is subject to review. In cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, balances may be partially or wholly forfeited. In cases where no wrongdoing is established beyond the specific breach, real-money balances (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player.
• Re-registration: Following voluntary account closure (for reasons other than self-exclusion), a player may apply to re-register a t8999 account after a minimum cooling-off period of 72 hours. Re-registration is not guaranteed and is subject to t8999's approval at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

The t8999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While t8999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, t8999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, as well as events outside t8999's control, may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t8999's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t8999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the t8999 platform, even if t8999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and is not intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• Technical failures: t8999 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, including server outages, network interruptions, payment processing delays, or software malfunctions, provided t8999 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• Third-party content: t8999 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of games supplied by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and others). Any disputes regarding specific game outcomes should be directed to t8999 customer support, who will liaise with the relevant provider.
• Player decisions: t8999 is not liable for any financial loss incurred as a result of your wagering decisions. All gaming and betting activity on t8999 involves risk, and players are solely responsible for managing their own wagering within their personal means.
• Force majeure: t8999 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or civil unrest.
